Recently I was lucky enough to receive a gift certificate from The Bead Chest, and I picked out these pretty African beads. Isaac has also just informed he just got back from a 2 week buying trip in Africa and will have lots of new beads on his web site soon! Their strands are really quite generous, and I will never use them all. So, I’m having a giveaway and you can win the beads shown above – a strand of Christmas beads, 15 recycled glass beads, and a pile of bronze beads! All you have to do is leave a comment on this blog post- that’s it! If you are so inclined, you can let me know what you’d like to see in my shop, but otherwise, just a comment is fine! Thanks! I will pick the winner on May 4th in the morning!

  1. I really like all your beads, they are beautiful, and I am dying to buy some. But since my budget is quite tight right now, I would love to win this giveaway.
    Thank you for the chance.

  2. Thanks for this giveaway! I love those beads (esp. the Christmas ones). As for your shop, I've loved those creamy white w/ blues ones for a while — you have a couple different ones of those and they call my name!

  3. Hey!!! Of course I want to win and I don't need a damned thing!!! haaaaaaaaa

As for your shop, how about destashing a little bit when you put out your earring pairs or lampwork sets….just as a sort of "lead" on what you could do with that pair but don't put it together into a finished piece. Just a thought based on an idea I saw at the Philly beadfest.

  4. I already think that your shop is pretty fantastic! Love the frosted filigree pair that are in the shop, STUNNING!!

  5. Hi! Just found your shop, and I really like what I see. The trade beads are so unique, I would love to have a chance to work with those. You also have some beads that are reminiscent of sea glass, I need to look at those a little closer… Thanks!!
